Petitions & Letters
We have been granted an extension to get our responses regarding the EA report to Monday June 1st. HOWEVER, don't procrastinate, get your letter in now.
Mr. Sharpe has offered to foot the bill on all letters to the BIA office and other agencies. Go to the Rancho Sahuarita Club House, sign your letter and turn it. The clubhouse staff will mail it! People.... can we make it any easier? Get the word out. LETS FLOOD THE BIA OFFICE WITH OUR COMPLAINTS. Let's let them know the EA report is a fraud and WE ARE HERE! Make your voice heard. SEND YOUR LETTER TODAY!!!!!

- Sahuarita Residents Standing United
- Our names are Linda Cooper, Dewey Cooper and Julia Whetten. On Saturday April 18th, 2009 we visited with Mayor Lynne Skelton and Council member John Sullivan at a meet and greet. In our meeting we learned about the Tohono O'odham Nation proposed detention center. We have authored the petitions, informed our neighbors and have started a campaign to stand united against the building of the detention center so close to home. Please read the postings and inform yourself on what you can do to help keep our 'backyard' safe.
